  10.         Dictator would lock up when a blank message was entered

  14.     Fixed the following bugs:
  15.     Prices started out too high when dinit was run
  16.     When a land attack was executed the paper would say that
  17.     an amphibious assault took place instead.

  20.     Fixed many numerous bugs.

  24.     Fixed the following bugs:
  25.     Some maps would not appear correctly for some remote callers
  26.     Changed the bombers around to make them more realistic
  27.     Added the following:
  28.     Spy Satellites
  29.     Spy planes
  30.     Intelligence was redone completely, now have an intelligence percentage
  31.     Added a registration scheme. Currently the unregistered game has the
  32.         same features as a registered copy, but this will change.
